Q: QuestionLooking for a software update for this model. Sharp is not offering it since they don't want to support a TV older then 2 years. So sad. Mines won't properly turn on, I get some picture in a mode, but just the flashing light.

Q: Questionskypeis conference calling capable of the 60" Sharp 4k tv standard? Not sure how "loud" the speakers are but are Sharp 60" 4k tv compatible with soundbars?

• A:Answer Thank you for your recent inquiry in regards to calibration settings for your Lc60UE30U. We are happy to help. While we do not have any specific calibration settings available as there are several factors that would go into determining this (vision, personal taste, etc) we do recommend setting the AV Mode of your TV to Dynamic. This can be done by pressing the AV Mode button on your Sharp TV remote until you see Dynamic on the screen.

Q: Question60ue30 stand feet positions . . .I am looking at the 60ue30 and need to understand exactly where the feet sit. While the 70" and 80" versions have the option of moving the stand feet to positions closer to the center (more like older pedestals), the 60" version does not seem to. I want to be sure that my existing media/TV stand is wide enough to accommodate the wide feet positions on the 60". Are the feet made of solid metal? Steel or Aluminum? When they are installed on the 60", what is the space in between the inner ends of the feet. In other words, how long would a media stand have to be to accommodate these feet? (It would obviously be narrower than the 53.4" of the TV's width. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, everyone!

Q: QuestionPanel issuesWe recently had to return our Sharp Aquos 60 in TV MODEL LC-60SQ15U due to a panel issue causing 2 vertical lines to show constantly on screen- first a blue one then later a yellow one. Any reports of similar issues on the LC-60UE30U MODEL- we are considering replacing it with? We purchased out tv July 2014.

Q: Questionbought this tv 2months ago and tv responds very slow to remote to change to other devicesWhen you push the device button to go to another device it won't respond or it will very very slowly and when you try and change the av status it will not respond. I have 3 other sharp tv's that are great but this is becoming a problem

Q: QuestionWhat's the status on the firmware update.Beside a browser, will the update also fixed the 4k upscaler.the oversharpness of upscaled content is the only complaint I have .... sometimes the artifacts it creates it creates are really disturbing. You said 2 months ago there will be an update is it close to be released?
