When heating up my thermal mug of coffee for the drive to work, my previous 1100 watt Sharp took 80 seconds to bring it to proper temperature. This model now takes 90 seconds. So I've learned to increase cooking times by about 10%, not a big deal to me, and when heating foods, the temperature of the food seems to be more consistent throughout after removing it from the microwave.
