• There is an aux rca input on the rear panel and a 3.5mm input in the front panel that could accommodate the cassette deck. It does not have a phono preamp so you would likely need a separate phono preamp and use one of the aux inputs.

• Hello Keith, you are able to connect an external device to the (audio in) 3.5 mini jack aux port at the front of the unit, this is the only port that allows external connections. When this is done the sound will output through the speakers of this unit.
