Refurbished Products are typically units that have been returned to Sharp. Sharp will test each unit extensively to ensure each unit is in tip-top shape and meets the original product specifications. The BD-HP24U Blu-ray player has a 30 day refurbished limited warranty. If at any point during that timeframe if the unit is not working up to factory specifications as outlined in the owner’s manual, please contact customer support for further assistance.
