Why isn't this available for in store pickup? null

This was the last copy I saw in the store. Went down in price from $39 to $21.

As with most Atlas titles, stores receive a very limited stock. Most likely there is no store near you that has it, and you will have to order it online and possibly ship to store if possible. Again with Atlas titles, it may just no longer be available through a Best Buy warehouse, and you are probably buying it from somebody or somewhere else, through Best Buy. I have had to resort to buying Atlas titles all over the place, as I collect them.

Your store might not have received it & the release date was 05/15/2018

Atlus sends very small shipments so it first come first serve for their games unfortunately.
