Hi there- Shokz here! The OpenFit 2+ has just 2 buttons: the Touch Area, located on the flat part of the core, just beside the printed Shokz logo; and the Physical Button on the earbuds, located on the side of the core, just below the printed Shokz logo. The Physical Buttons control music, incoming calls, and volume. You can play or pause a song with a single click, skip to the next song with a double-click, and return to the previous song with a triple-click. If the volume is too low, press and hold the button on the right earbud to turn up the sound; conversely, use the left earbud to lower the sound. If there’s an incoming call, just press the button once to answer, and press it again to hang up. A double-click will ignore the call and send it to voicemail.
