“I bought these a couple weeks ago for use while hiking.rucking. They are too loose and jiggle in my ears. The speaker piece just won’t secure in my ear. So the sound is poor as the speaker moves when I jog or look down as the speaker isn’t secure”

• It can be fix it, just bend the ear holder to the way it feels tight
