Yes!  I wear the over-the-ear hearing aids.  I am almost totally deaf on one side, and have reduced hearing on the other side.  The unit sits right in front of the behind-the-ear inputs and literally channels the sound into the hearing aids as well as through the bone.  They are amazing!

I lost the hearing on one side virtually overnight (Meniere's Disease), and yesterday I heard music in stereo for the first time in 5 years.

Yes, I use behind the ear hearing aids.. and have No problems.. (just make sure to put hearing aid on first)..

I don’t see why not. These go in front of the ear. I have hearing issues but don’t wear hearing aids.. yet..

I would think so. I’m able to comfortably wear my prescription glasses all day with no discomfort while also wearing the ear phones. There is a gap between the back of your ear and the battery/controls of the ear phones.
