• if it's an IR device you should be able to teach the Sideclick the commands

• The remote learns from whichever device you put in front of it. You determine the actions of the buttons of the Sideclick by pressing the original device button you wish to mirror. While I don't have a Toshiba, I did pair with a Sony, LG and Samsung as well as a Yamaha AVR.
