Yes. If you had the Westington tv remote. This Universal remote only copies the code from another remote and then you assign each key a function. The symbols are only a guide. You can make the plus button a on/off control. But you must have the original control for the fire t.v. Controller in order to program.

Yes. You can program one of the buttons to control the "input" selection for your TV. That button can be used to change the source between firestick and PS4.
