• It doesn't control the firestick, just other devices that you have the remote for. It needs those devices remotes for programming.

• This is not a substitute remote for the FireTV or FireTV stick. You need to order another remote from Amazon if yours is lost or broken.

• This does not replace your FireStick remote. It's a universal learning remote that you attach to your Firestick remote. Onice programmed, It would do things like raise and lower your TV/Receiver volume, Turn on/off the TV set, change source inputs on the TV....etc.

• Works on all firestick but does not come with a remote. It is an attachment to a remote. So if you lost your remote, you'll have to get another one.
