- Answer To activate buy the phone and a phone time card. You save additional money if you go to auto billing for your monthly time. My $25 plus tax is now only$22 including tax. It is on auto pay from bank account.

- Answer Yes it does come with a sim card. You would need a memory card too. for more space. it has 64gb of internal memory. Phone is a great. I would definitely buy again
