- Answer The reservoir holds up to 9 oz of liquid soap. To control the amount of soap desired, you can position your hand up close to the sensor for a little soap and farther away for more.

- Answer It is best to use liquid soap in the liquid dispenser. The foaming soap is for the foaming dispenser.

- Answer Have you plugged it in to recharge? If so, have you reset the button on the back? If so, be sure you added soap. Otherwise, I hope you registered if with SimpleHuman so you can contact them for warranty.

QuestionWe have 2 of these, absolutely love them. One seems to want to stop working. It’s fully charged, soap is ready to go. When you turn it on the blue light comes on then off like usual, once you try to use it the red light flashes 3 times, how do we reset it

- Answer The simplehuman site is always sold out of the charging puck so you will not be able to use your pump at all if you lost the charger during a move like us. We went back to a manual soap dispenser and have no problems anymore. I wish I never spent $70 to realize the manual dispenser was far simpler.
