The Simplisafe outdoor camera twists to open. Remove the old battery, line up the new one so the contacts align, insert it, then line up the 2 parts of the camera so when you twist it back together those contacts will align as well. Then just pop the camera back onto its magmount and use the app on your phone to make sure it's looking the right way to capture movement where you need it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need to twist off the front of the camera to access the battery and exchange the battery. My recommendation is to install the solar charging panel. Works very well. You will never have to charge the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.SIMPLE, HOLD THE CAMERA IN YOUR HAND AND GENTLY TURN THE TOP HALF OF THE CAMERA COUNTER CLOCKWISE. THEN USE THE LITTLE BLACK TAB ON THE BATTERY TO PULL BATTERY. REPLACE FULLY CHARGED BATTERY WITH THE CONNECTION GOING TO THE CORRECT WAY INTO CAMERA. MAKE SURE BLACK TAB IS POINTED UP TO ALLOW YOU TO REPEAT NEXT TIME.
