The cost is 14.99 per month. It has the monitoring, but that's it. It includes water, fire, burglary at no additional cost. The $19.99 plan includes the option to set text messaging alerts for various events- arming, disarming, you can even set some sensors to secret alert so you could get a text message, and maybe it doesn't go out to the monitoring company as an alarm. Depends on how you set up your system. The $24.99 plan has all that but gives you control through the app and online. You can make changes and arm/disarm the system online or through the app.

This system has remote monitoring capabilities, including through voice assistants and through professional monitoring services.
