Hello, I do not believe they are compatible because they are two different operating systems. Each is designed for the system they came with, If you need additional sensors I would just go over to Simpli Safe website unless Best Buy carries additional sensors and purchase more. You should be able to tell yourself by attempting to set them up which I don't think you will have any luck with Simpli Safe recognizing your Xfinity sensors . Myself, I would only want the sensors that come with my system used only because they are designed for that system. I have the newest Simpli Safe security system and love it. I only use their products with this system. When in doubt the best thing to do is ask Simpli Safe .
