• THE NEW ACCES 3 WORKS WITH WIFI AND CELL CAN WORK WITH EITHER ONE OR BOTH. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR NEW SYSTEM.

• So far, we have not had any problems with our internet; we did have a major power outage a few weeks ago which lasted two hours. The system reset itself without difficulty. We happened to be home at the time and were not attempting to monitor the house from away.
