There is a widget that you can install on your phone to arm or disarm your security system. My husband also has it on his tablet. When we were testing the sensors one of the sensors was a little more sensitive. It would say that it was open even though it wasn't oh, and told us what window it was. After adjusting the center the alert went away and is now working properly. We do pay for the services because we have 2 kids who are hard-of-hearing and they can hear the siren in the event of an emergency. It does say if you want to get alert you have to pay for a subscription . They have three different plan options to suit your needs . All are reasonably priced for what you may have in your system setup. Hope that helps.

But we recommend the Interactive Monitoring Plan for 24/7 dispatch, as well as unlimited video recordings for all your cameras, in the cloud!
