A:Answer There is a shutter option for it. It has a physical shutter. The default it open in all modes. We set ours to be only open in away mode. So if you were to creep on us while we are at home, you wouldn't be able to get an image. You can hear the audible click from it when the shutter opens, like an old school camera. Great feature. You go into your app and click on the camera and you can set it there.
