“Is this an audible siren only or does it chime alert when doors are opened in alarm off mode?”

• If you are talking about the siren component, it can be set to door chimes, which is great if you hide the base. If you are talking about the panic button, then no it does not make any type of sound.

• The external siren doesn't 'chime' when doors are opened or closed, however it does mirror the base-station's beeps during the countdown to arming.

• Siren only, your base will handle the other chimes.
