This product is the Wireless Siren, a secondary speaker which is an add-on for the complete SimpliSafe Security System. It can relay certain alerts from the system: countdown chirps, door chimes, and full alarm sirens. We do also have the SimpliCam Security Camera, which we suggest you install outside of your window so that the infrared sensor can pick up intruders.

Please try again later.This is only a siren that makes a loud noise when someone enters the home while the system is in "away" mode or opens a secured entry point while in "home" mode. It must be connected to a SimpliSafe system to work. I have one on the second floor in the house (near my bedroom) to amplify the sound coming from the base station which sits on the kitchen counter on the main level. I also have one outside mounted on the overhang of the front porch so it makes enough noise to scare someone off or alert the neighbors that someone has entered my home while in alarm mode.
