No, you will need to use the SiriusXM Connect Tuner - SXV300 to plug into your "SiriusXM-Ready" replacement radio. (Note that if your new radio really shows "XM-Ready" then you need to find an old XM Connect tuner system for your particular brand of radio - likely an eBay item.)
