A:AnswerHave you purchased the SiriusXM antenna? If so make sure you properly attached the antenna on the roof of your vehicle. Mine is installed on the back above my hatchback.
A:AnswerWill only work with your in-dash radio if the radio is satalite ready. Tech at Best Buy can tell you if it is. If not you can get a full feature radio reasonably priced and have sat radio module installed with it. I went with a Kenwood radio...less than $100. Quite happy with Sat radio.
A:AnswerYes, if it has a plugin for the xm unit. you can call xm at their 800 number and give them the radio info and they will tell you the part number of the adapter you need.
Go back to Best Buy and pick it up, Best Buy has the best price.
A:AnswerYou'll need to buy a SiriusXM tuner. Beyond that, you will need a stereo that is satellite radio ready. Most are these days. The only other consideration is single DIN or double DIN. This is a reference to the amount of space the device occupies in your dash.
A:AnswerI do not know the answer to that, but I'm sure someone at Best Buy - Geek Squad can answer. Josh did an amazing job installing my Sirius XM radio, it looks like it came in the car when I bought.
A:AnswerI would highly recommend you to go to Best Buy near you and talk to them. That's what I did and the Tech was very knowledgeable about what product I needed and he installed it and it works fine with my new radio. I put in a Kenwood Radio from Best Buy and I am well pleased with everything. I first was skeptical about using Best Buy Tech on my truck, but they proved to be very good and proficient in their work. Give them a try.
