A:AnswerOnly if you replace your factory Jeep radio with an aftermarket SiriusXM-Ready model - please consult with your local Best Buy Geek Squad for more information
A:AnswerThere should be something in your owners manual about what you need to do to get the factory radio set up for this. You could also call a ford dealer and tell them you want to do it and they can explain what's needed. Then just do the job yourself. There maybe a wire for the connection under the dash, that you can connect to more easily than having to remove the radio to connect the Sirus tuner.
A:AnswerNo- the IVA-D900 is an older SAT Radio Ready model and would require the KCA-ALP1 interface and the SCC1 Sirius Tuner- both have been discontinued for many years
A:AnswerNo your Clarion radio is an older Sirius Ready model and needs the SCC1 tuner and interface. unfortunately they were discontinued more than 10 years ago.
A:AnswerNot sure we understand the question- but the OEM tuner/antenna is specifically designed for your vehicle and the radio that came with it from the factory. the SXV300 tuner can connect to an aftermarket SiriusXM-Ready radio replacement. please consult your local Best Buy Geek Squad or installer for more options
A:AnswerOurs was a kicker radio and said SiriusXM ready. This product worked for us. You will need both a tuner and an antenna. Make sure you have the correct logo match on both the radio and the tuner/antenna that you purchase.
A:AnswerSirius or XM-ready, this means that it is capable/ready of giving you a fully integrated satellite radio, You'll likely just have to add a compatible sirius tuner (SV300) to your A/V receiver or Head Unit system.
If it states Sirius radio tuner built in then its ready to go just hook up Sirius antenna and call in your radio Serial #.
A:AnswerThe NGVA3 has enhanced overload protection which substantially reduces muting caused by interference from cellular basestations compared to the NGVA1.
A:AnswerThe satellite radio system is an adapter and should fit. The adapter receives the signal & plugs into a sat ready radio. If you find a radio or have a radio already that is sat. ready, then they can make it work.
A:AnswerIs your Radio Sat. enabled or Sat ready? If it is ready you would need one of these tuners. If enabled you would call SiriusXM for a subscription. (You will do the same if you get a tuner) If you read your cars owner manual, it should give you the ESN of the radio for XM. (Electronic Serial Number) This is what SirusXM uses to connect to the tuner.
A:AnswerYes. If you use it through your radio that is "satellite or xm ready" them you hook it straight up to the radio and call the xm number to set up payment for subscription and presto! You have xm!
A:AnswerThe SXV300V1 will NOT work, but the Onyx Plus, Onyx EZ, Onyx EZR or the Commander Touch. All of these recommended radios include an auxiliary audio cable that you can connect to your car stereo if it has an Aux-input. Additionally, these recommended radio all have FM modulators that when combined with an FMDA25 FM Direct Adapter will provide interference free reception on your car's FM receiver. The commander Touch includes the FMDA25 but the other three radios I listed don't include the FMDA25. You can purchase this separately from Best Buy or SiriusXM or other resellers. Professional installation is recommended for installing the FMDA25.
