“Does sound escape (would the people around me be able to hear my music)? I'm looking for some headphones and so far this one is looking pretty good but I was wondering if sound would escape from the headphones? For instance, if I was walking around the house using them to listen to music, would the other people in the room be able to hear it? One of my biggest pet-peeves is people listening to their headphones and me being able to hear their music, and I wouldn't want headphones that are going to be annoying for the people around me...”

My husband uses these all the time. I never hear the music when he is wearing them. He cannot hear me talk while he's wearing them, so I know the music is loud enough in his ears.

These are On-Ear headphones, not Over-Ear headphones which would reduce the leakage. You could test this at the store and see if they work for you. Excellent sound for the cost.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the volume is full blast then it would be loud enough for other people around you to hear your music. The nice thing about the music quality is that you don't have to have you music full blast and still could hear music really well. Then you wouldn't have to worry about bothering those around you.
