• They probably can if you have a TV that recognizes bluetooth signals.

• Yes but only using the wired (cable) mode. I bought a long cable just for this purpose. Most TVs won't connect a Bluetooth device, and if you use an adapter there is usually some sound lag. There are some devices made for this but they are pricey.

• My daughter uses them to watch videos on her tablet. So to watch tv they should do just fine.
