Q: QuestionAre these actually compatible with the PS4 because I ordered another set that said in the ad and the thing underneath of it that they were compatible with the PS4 but when I tried to pair of them my PS4 said that they did not support that format

• A:Answer To use the Riff wireless with a PS4, you will need some sort of Bluetooth connector to plug into your controller as they are not Bluetooth.

• A:Answer I use them with my Samsung S10+ and it was easy. Just took them out of the case and my phone lit up and asked me if I wanted to install them. You have to have the Samsung Gear App on your phone and the phone does all the heavy lifting for you.

• A:Answer Unfortunately, the Switch does not support bluetooth, so it wouldn't work on its own. If you wanted to use this or any other bluetooth audio device on it, you would have to get a transmitter first, plug it into the Switch's audio jack, and then connect your headphones to the transmitter.
