Contact skull candy via their website they have replaced 4 gaming headphone sets for me in the last 2 years. They are great.

So long as you're within the "30 days after purchase" window, go the the store with your earbuds, receipt (and the box if possible). Head to the customer servive desk and request to exchange it. If they don't have it in stock, they should either offer to order it to their store and notify you when it arrives to pickup at no extra cost, or send it straight to your home for a small fee.
