Q: QuestionIf one side goes died can you use the other side?

• A:Answer typically they charge together so unless u just use the right 1 more than the left because thats the primary 1 then u might have to recharge it . I sometimes take off the right and put it in my pocket and the left 1 works fine. If u put it back in the case I think they both shut off

Q: QuestionWhen I put them back into the charging box only the left ear bud chargers. Does anyone one know what the problem is. Had them less than 24 hrs & already running into problems with. Don’t get me wrong, I love Skullcandy’s & refuse to purchase anything else

Q: QuestionCan I pair them with two diveces? What I mean is that if I already paired them with my phone but then want to watch something on my laptop and pair them to my laptop as well. Will they automatically connect back to my phone once I turn off my laptop?

Q: QuestionWhat is the maximum distance that the blue tooth works before it disconnects from your phone??

• A:Answer Live in a condo style townhouse and was able to make it down into the garage before having any issues with music distortion, approx 4 flights of stairs, a hall, and garage door from the main level kitchen. (almost center of the home) If this helps. Note, this will vary by phone location and interiors of the home, age of home, additional wireless devices in-use.
