- Answer Yes, unless insulated all batteries are affected my below freezing tempature. The battery in these headphones is not insulated.

- Answer You need a host with built-in bluetooth to use bluetooth headphones. You can get adapters with drivers that will work with a PC, but not for embedded devices like smart TV's.

- Answer These are standard, bluetooth wireless headphones so if your television has bluetooth they could be paired and used. They do not, however, have any wired ports so they won't plug into standard headphone or AV jacks. A single, micro-USB port is available for charging the headphones, but that's all.
