- Answer Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and on the iPhone you at times have to make sure it stays on Bluetooth or it will default to “phone” and not the headphones. Easy to click on the iPhone

- Answer They do come with a typical headphone wire. I am sure you have that jack on your computer. As far as your comp having bluetooth..... you would know or can find that out.

- Answer Honestly, I just bought these and they're super comfortable. The thing is, I have smaller ears than most or maybe average but not big. Any who, they fit around my ears pretty perfect, a little unconfortable if you lay your head on the side, though.

When connecting your venue headphones to your Xbox, it is the best quality audio on the mic when the headphones are plugged into the controller. As far as pairing them via Bluetooth, there is a setting on the Xbox itself that allows you to do so! best -SKDY

QuestionAfter I got my venue, there was a problem few week later (now). The headphone pause button led is red which mean it is low battery but when I press the power button, it show as 100%(four light) and it won’t shut off at all.Can you please help me out out.

- Answer Known issue. Cant be fixed. BB Geek Squad said it doeant effect performance so is not retunable or fixable under warranty
