“I want to buy an open box dryer cord I found online and wanted to know if Best Buy takes returns on used or open box items. I'm not sure if the cord will fit so I need to be able to return it if it doesn't”

I am happy with the one I got. As to whether Bb takes stuff back, we'll see what they do about the things that had to be ordered, but the USPS won't deliver and wouldn't fit in my box. I am handicapped and couldn't go to the PO and walk out with the package. Neither could I have carried it into those. So the USPS returned it to BB. To date, I have not received any sort of communication or refund from BB
