“I paid to install dryer as well and for a power cord, but cord didn't fit our 220 outlet (cord 3 prongs, outlet has 4.) Installers left the cord and told us we had to change the outlet, but BB sells a 4-prong cord. Can we exchange the cord at a BB?”

• You definitely don't need to replace the outlet. As for exchanging the cord, you will need to check with Best Buy.

• Yes. Your receipt should reflect the purchase of a power cord. You didn't see it until the install, but you bought it when you opted for the install.
