I bought one for my son for Christmas and it's doing the same thing. Flying to one side into the ground. It wouldn't come off the ground. He's 13 and only flew it twice.

Besides, here are some tips for your reference: 1. Make sure the remote and drone batteries have enough power. 2. Try calibrating 5 times before taking off. 3.
