Brand response from Snaptain Team In regard to your query, the drone uses the Snaptain Era app. This app is compatible with both iOS and Android systems. When the drone is powered on, the camera is activated, but you need to successfully connect the drone to your phone to view the camera feed. If there is any delay in the feed, please shorten the distance between the drone and the remote controller. Flying too far may affect the transmission speed of the video feed.
