- Answer Be sure the battery is fully pushed in. We had trouble initially and that was why. There are on buttons on BOTH the remote & drone. After properly installing the batterie in both, the devices paired and worked well. Fully charge the drone batteries first and that may help. Good luck!

QuestionBestBuy's notoriously bad with titles and descriptions but is "Included 3 batteries which give an impressive flight time of 21 mins" accurate? That would mean 7 minutes per battery. Even at Deal of the Day prices this is pretty bad drone and value.

- Answer There are on fact 3 batteries included and we used is for over 20 minutes per battery. When the battery was low, the drone have a bit of trouble taking off, but after resting it for a few minutes, the "dead" battery still worked for a moment or two.
