• There are 3 pens in the package. One is "extra strength " and the other two are regular whitening pens. I don't know of any refill pens but i believe you can do over 600 applications in the one box. The pens last a very long time. I had my teeth professionally whitened and use the pens for "upkeep". Hope this helps.
