• Just one. Long cord but has just one plug. I don't know Ring offering a splitter so just one battery operated cam lights.

• Each panel can power one battery camera. You only need to keep one battery in the camera and the panel when properly placed facing direct sunlight for several hours a day will keep your camera functional with nothing more to do. I have one attached to a camera on my back deck and I have not touched it in over a year. Great purchase.
