No additional wires should but needed... BUT If you plan to stream your music using Sonos, know that the Sonance Amp does NOT allow you to stream without adding a Sonos component. You will need a Sonos Port (formerly Sonos Connect, but those are being phased out) on each channel. So 6 in all if you want the ability to separate all 6 pairs of speakers in terms of music play and volume. If you don't mind grouping some of them, you can get away with fewer. The alternative is buy Sonos Amps instead of the Sonance Amp. They serve as both an amplifier and a streaming device. You can also connect 4 speakers to one Amp. It really depends on how you plan to use the speakers in terms of their locations. Both devices (Port and Amp) come equipped with Apple Airplay as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will need more than the amplifier to play music. We have the Sonance amp, HEOS connector, and a Denon receiver. The amp provides power to the speakers, but you need the other components to provide programming. We can program from our I phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest having a Best Buy in home consultant come out. There is no charge for this they will tell you exactly what you need and keep your wallet in mind. They will tell you the options from most expensive to more economical. Depends on how fancy you want to make tour house. Then you can have them hook it up for you or try to do it yourself but at least you will have options on what to do.
