QuestionWhy does this Sonance Mag6R package only have a 1 year warranty. Other Sonance inceilings have a 5 year warranty or better.

QuestionHi, I was wondering if the 3 front speakers could be mounted in wall instead of in ceiling. The pre wiring for the 3 front speakers was in wall and the two rear speakers are in ceiling.

QuestionWhat does the back of the sub look like? What connection are on it if any?

- Answer Hi, Thank you for your question. The sub has (1) LFE input, crossover knob, volume knob, and a phase switch. If you go to the MAG 5.1R product page on BestBuy.com and look under the "Overview" section toward the bottom of the section, you will see a link to the Owners Manual. QuestionI just installed this system and I am using the denon 2700. For some reason, all speakers but the subwoofer is not getting signal. Why could be the problem. This is my set up. The run is at least 40 feet long from my living room to the closet
