QuestionGot these speakers on sale. Connected them to Denon AVR 2700H and getting popping sound anytime I increase the volume. Checked the cables and everything seems to connected fine. Wondering if anyone else had the same issue and the what was the fix?

QuestionCan the subwoofer be placed on its side or does it need to be upright?

- Answer Hi, You could lay the subwoofer on its side. However, you may experience the subwoofer moving or making unwanted noise. The attached rubber feet on the bottom of the sub prevent the subwoofer from moving around due to vibration. I hope you found this information helpful. QuestionWhy does this Sonance Mag6R package only have a 1 year warranty. Other Sonance inceilings have a 5 year warranty or better.

QuestionHi, I was wondering if the 3 front speakers could be mounted in wall instead of in ceiling. The pre wiring for the 3 front speakers was in wall and the two rear speakers are in ceiling.

QuestionWhat does the back of the sub look like? What connection are on it if any?

- Answer Hi, Thank you for your question. The sub has (1) LFE input, crossover knob, volume knob, and a phase switch. If you go to the MAG 5.1R product page on BestBuy.com and look under the "Overview" section toward the bottom of the section, you will see a link to the Owners Manual. Click the link to download the manual, and on page 4, you can see a line art image of the subwoofer and its connections. I hope you found this information helpful.
