A:AnswerNot sure exactly, however, we have ours setup with Sonos system and through that we play music in the Sonos app. I don't think you can sync with these directly with a microphone, but we've just started using it for our Music only.
A:AnswerNot with the provided Sonos amp. All 6 speaker +sub are controlled by a left/right port from the amp. I accomplished my volume control by placing the speakers a bit further back in the areas I wanted just background music and closer for the areas I wanted to truly enjoy the music.
A:AnswerHi,
Thanks for your question. When installing your system you will connect (3) satellites to the left channel and (3) satellites to the right channel in a alternating left-right-left-right pattern which will create a stereo image through the space. If you are pointing one satellite toward a particular area of the space you may only hear one channel either left or right depending on how you wired the satellite.

A:AnswerHi,
Thanks for your question. We do not recommend adding additional speakers or swapping out the included subwoofer with a larger sub. The included satellite speakers and subwoofer is the maximum number of speakers you should connect to the Sonos amp. Adding more speakers or changing the subwoofer may result in an unacceptable load which could damage the Sonos amp. If you are looking for more volume, I would recommend our Sonance Garden Series 8.1 system w/ amplifier (Best Buy SKU: 6341804). You can view the system on BestBuy.com here:
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sonance-garden-series-8-1-ch-outdoor-speaker-system-with-2-ch-amplifier-dark-brown-black/6341804.p?skuId=6341804
The Garden Series system will give you better performance since the satellites feature a 2-way satellite speaker design, and the subwoofer is a 10" sub versus the 8" subwoofer in the MAG6.1 system. Additionally, the amplifier included with the Garden Series package can power a total of (16) SGS satellite speakers and (2) SGS subwoofers giving you more system design flexibility.

A:AnswerI have an elevated deck and had the same concern about them being down below along the perimeter of the yard. I was figuring I would start with these and eventually add a couple of speakers to bring the sound up to the deck space, but honestly, there’s no need. These things fill the air with amazing sound, especially if you use a high quality source like Apple Music’s lossless quality, Deezer, Tidal or Spotify HiFi when it comes out. I may still add speakers up top, but not as a primary source, just surround sound. I just don’t know if I really need it….

A:AnswerAmp has to be plugged into a outlet. I have never seen any system that didn’t require power. Sub is a four wire hook up from what I can remember . Two for right Channel two for left channel.
A:AnswerYou will be fine using these. I would suggest upgrading the connections in the daisy chain to water proof heat shrink rather than the water proof wire caps it comes with. Your wire will last longer and have a better chance of preventing corrosion through your wire run.
