QuestionWould 4 of the Mag8r speakers work okay with the Sonos amp? Or, would it be best to go with 4 Mag6r speakers instead?

You will need to wire the system as (2) speakers on the left channel and (2) speakeers on the right channel. I hope you found this information helpful. QuestionI bought 16 of these speakers and four of them are going in an enclosed patio with a thicker ceiling. The clamps are not long enough to bite the approx 2 3/4” thick ceiling. Are there any extenders or brackets I can purchase to make it work?

- Answer Personally i wiumd hust use a longer scerw, if you pull a screw all the way out and take it to your local hardware store they can match the threds and give you a longer screw

QuestionCan you daisy chain these speakers?

- Answer Depends on what you mean by that and the limits of your amp or receiver. Wiring them in series (end to end) will increase the resistance with each speaker. One = 8 ohms, two = 16 ohms and so on. Wiring them in parallel (side by side) will reduce the resistance with each one added. Some amps/receivers can handle a wider range of load/resistance than others. There are also selector boxes that adjust the load resistance depending on how many speakers are turned on. Also know that additional speakers will require additional power.

- Answer I have these mounted in a hung ceiling which has way less rigidity than drywall. I did end up taking some hangers to relieve some of the flex in the hung ceiling tile. Drywall should be no problem. The clamps to hold us are made for drywall or plywood or hang ceiling type of thickness.
