• A:Answer Hi, Thanks for your question. The Sonance SR 2-125 amplifier we include with the Garden Series 8.1 package can power up to (16) Garden Series satellites and (2) Garden Series subwoofers before you would need to add a 2nd amplifier. Also, we recommend using color coded 14-gauge 4-conductor direct burial speaker wire when installing your system. I hope you found this information helpful. . Q: QuestionIs the Sonos - Amp 250W 2.1-Ch Amplifier - Black capable of powering this speaker set? The Sonance SR 2-125 amplifier included with the package deal is also 250W and looking at their documentation it states that it can power two sets of these.

• A:Answer Yes, it works great. Sonos told me I could run the 16.2 off of one amp. I'm only running 8.1 off each amp so I can adjust volume by zone. The 16.2 would require all speakers are the same volume.

Q: QuestionHow can I turn the volume up on the 8.1 system I understand the controls are recessed on front panel . Sound is great but maybe one or 2 levels higher in volume would be outstanding

Q: QuestionSo can 1 Sonos Amp be enough to power this system. I spoke to Sonos and they told me no. I am reading that people are saying yes and no. So which is it?
