To answer your question, you will probably want to use something like a Denon receiver (I’m a little biased but it’s some good stuff) and add a Sonos port so that you can stream music.
A:AnswerI wouldn’t go for an amp. Just find a receiver with Hugh wattage and you will be fine. That is the only way I know of to connect it (without latency) to a TV.

A:AnswerFor the outside, to be connected to Sonos you will need a Sonos port. Also, purely recommendation, if your connecting the Sonos fives to a tv, you are going to want a sound bar. (I would recommend sonos arc)
You shouldn’t have to worry about the zones, as you would want all the outside speakers to play together, and they will be separate to the indoor stuff.
Also, as you have wired stuff for the outside, consider doing wired sonance stuff for the inside instead of the 5s and sub. It makes more sense because you have already started.
