QuestionIf I bought 3 Sonos speakers to put in 3 different rooms, can I play music from one device on two speakers (in two different rooms) and have my wife listen to a different device on the third speaker at the same time?

- Answer You can, you can either pair them up to play the same thing, or have each play different music. In your example yes you can have 2 playing one thing, and the other play another. Ours is setup that way. Its also nice because there is a 'party' mode where you can join them all together temporarily for say like a 'party' ;)

- Answer Hi, thank you for your question. When playing your record player into a Five you can then choose that "Line-in" source to be played in other Sonos zones is on your Sonos system.

- Answer The Sonos Five is designed to sit on a table or mount to a wall with a third party mount. There could be issues with wireless signal strength if the cabinet of the Five was enclosed in a wall, but that depends on the type of wall, the strength of the WiFi signal, etc. Sonos does sell in wall speakers developed in conjunction with Sonance that you can find on bestbuy.com. These passive speakers are designed to be used with the Sonos Amp and created to look great in a wall.

- Answer You can use the same wall mount as the Play:5 (Gen 2) which is physically the exact same dimensions as the new Sonos Five as the updates were all color updates and internal updates.

- Answer I contacted my local cable/ WiFi carrier. Their technical support area was able to help me w the WiFi issues and questions. They also gave me a number to call Sonos if I needed more info. I had no problem with my 5G or WiFi.

- Answer It can be used with the auxiliary jack, however it needs to be attached to Wifi just to tell the speaker you'll be using the aux in. It's a stupid system design that needs to be changed, and I've been frustrated by it as long as I've owned it.

- Answer I have a Sonos Five speaker which is working togehter with Sonos 1 speaker. To control both, I'm using latest Sonos app although. You might need to reset you olf hardware and connect it as new device on the app.
