I have both. For noise cancelling, I would say these are better than QC35s. These come with touch sensitive features on the right ear cup. You can hold your hand over the right ear cup and it will open up the microphone where you can hear outside noises, which is super convenient for noise cancelling headphones. The only few negatives is that it can only connect to one device, where the QC35 you can setup 2 devices with the phone application. And it's heavier and bigger than the Bose. Other than that these are my daily goto headphones.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have done lots of comparison with Sony and Bose QC35 in an office environment. The Sony's cancel more human voices than the QC35. I can hardly hear any voices in office with the Sony MDR1000x, with QC35 the voices are more audible.
