• Sadly they do not. You'll have to use the eq on your phone music app to adjust but I wouldn't recommend it.

• They do no come with an app, but overall, I am happy with the sound quality. You could use an equalizer app if needed or use the one on your device. When I had tried the QC35's, I needed an equalizer app, but not since I returned the Bose and got the Sony's.
