QuestionJust purchased this headset and it works perfect on my Iphone but when I use it on my Samsung bluetooth smart tv I can't get much volume. Volume is so low its difficult to hear. Is there any adjustment that can be made to correct this. Thank You

QuestionI purchased these headphones and it's been less than a year and when I listen to my music I can hear a crackling noise in both earcups when the bass gets loud. I updated the software today. What could be the issue?

- Answer They can be used to connect to the Bluetooth feature of your Samsung TV like I have done. I am not aware if Sonos has a Bluetooth option, but most Samsung TVs do.

QuestionHow is heard a thunder-clap and other sudden or very loud noises with the 1000XM2 ANC? I guess that hearing music or white noises through headphones should help...

- Answer First off, there is no white noise in the active noise cancelling, no hissing or annoying static beep. It's just Plain silence. These are the best noise cancelling headphones on the market as of right now (August 2018). Second, It does a very good job actively cancelling the noise out to sudden abrupt loud noises. Idk about thunder or guns but I know a loud Harley came riding past my house and It cut the noise out by 85% and I barely noticed it. It cuts out my fish tank noise from the water falling out of my filter. And those are high tones. It completely cuts out my box fan and cuts out my loud air conditioner by 95%. I barely hear anything outside of these headphones. They really are worth getting.

Questionis there a good setting for the TV? I am connected to a Samsung UNKS800065, it just seems a little flat. I have a set of Sony TNR RF985R that I moved off the tv, I think they actually sound better than the NC headphones, better surround and better L&R

- Answer Longer battery life, more software and hardware support. Nothing gets hot idk how your USB connection melted but it's very similar. Better materials too. A mark 3 is going to come out soon I think since sony put in a registration with FCC on them. Don't take my word for it because anything can happen you know those things are. It can change at the last minute.

- Answer I believe they use Bluetooth 4 technology, so they should work with anything as long as it has Bluetooth or a 3.5mm (standard headphone size) jack.
