“I bought a Sony XBR-65X850D and figured i would go with a Sony HT-CT790 soundbar for compatibility. Soundbar output is night and day between bluetooth and TV (bluetooth is much better) I have tried ARC & Optical & tried many tv audio settings... HELP!”

I recommend trying the HDMI connection. Connect HDMI 1 to HDMI 1.
