• It does. As long as you are using the ARC connection on your TV it will follow where ever you are currently viewing. I have an HTPC, XBOX ONE S, and a cable box all hooked to my television (along with the soundbar) it switches just fine no matter which source I am using.

• Hi there! To change the audio source when using two HDMI device, you may need to manually switch the input by navigating through the input list of the Soundbar using the remote control.
